Cabins

Birch 1 & 2 (sleeps 64)

Two sleeping units with meeting room in middle which has a fire place.  In each unit, there are sixteen built-in bunk beds (sleeps thirty-two), one restroom (each containing two sinks, two showers, and two toilets), a kitchen unit (equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker), and a table and chairs in meeting room.

Birch 3 & 4 (sleeps 64)

Each room has sixteen built-in bunk beds (sleeps thirty-two) and one restroom (each containing three sinks, four showers, and four toilets.

Red Bud (sleeps 36 or 7 couples)

This building contains three levels.

    The first level consists of two sleeping units.  The units can be joined and used as one larger unit or they can be used separately.  Unit A sleeps twelve with five built-in bunk beds, a small bed over a double bed, two sinks, two showers, and a toilet.  Unit B sleeps twelve with five built-in bunk beds, a small bed over a double bed, four sinks, two showers, and two toilets.

    The middle (or second) level has meeting room with couch and tables, chairs, pop machine & fireplace.  It also contains a kitchen unit equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker.

    The upper (or third) level has five bedrooms.  Two of the bedrooms sleep three each; two of the bedrooms sleep two each; and one bedroom sleeps one.  There are two restrooms in hallway with a sink and toilet in each.

Pool Side Upper Level (sleeps 12 or 6 couples)

There are six individual rooms with a restroom and shower in each.  There are also two meeting rooms with small wet bar and fireplace.  This unit can be closed off to be either two units or four units.

Oak (2 units - sleeps 84)

Unit 1 sleeps forty-two in built-in bunk beds with space for hanging clothes, storage, and sitting space.  There are three sinks, three toilets, and three showers.  There is a pop machine located just outside this unit.

Unit 2 sleeps forty-two in built-in bunk beds with space for hanging clothes, storage, and sitting space. There are three sinks, three toilets, and three showers.  There is a pop machine located just outside this unit.

Dogwood (sleeps 52)

This unit has two sleeping wings.  Each wing sleeps twenty-six in bunk beds.  Each wing has a restroom with three sinks, three toilets, and three showers.  This unit has a meeting room with a fireplace and a kitchen unit equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.  There is a table and chairs in the meeting room.  Dogwood faces the lake with two sliding glass doors.

Maple (sleeps 48 or 6 couples)

This unit has six sleeping rooms with a restroom in each.  Each restroom contains two showers, two toilets, and two sinks.  The meeting room is located in the middle with a kitchen at the end with all tile flooring.  There is a pop machine is located in the building.

Elm (sleeps 20)

There are two sleeping units with tile floors, bunk beds, and restrooms.  This unit has a meeting place with a fireplace and kitchen.  Kitchen unit equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker.  There is a table and chairs in meeting room.

Cherry (sleeps 20)

There are two sleeping units with tile floors, bunk beds, and restrooms.  This unit has a meeting place with a kitchen.  The kitchen unit is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker.  There is a table and chairs in meeting room.

Ministers' Cabin

The Minister's Cabin is a retreat cabin with two bedrooms, a kitchen and a fireplace and it overlooks the lake.

Conference, Auditorium, Dining

Hickory Hall Auditorium

The Hickory Hall Auditorium has seating for up to 700.  The padded chairs and window view of Ft. Gibson Lake give the feel of out doors while retaining the comforts of heat and air conditioning.

Hickory Hall Conference Rooms

The Hickory Hall Conference Room is located on the backside of the auditorium.  This room will accommodate up to 150 with seating in padded chairs.  One side of the building is all glass and overlooks Ft. Gibson Lake.

Fireside Conference Room

The Fireside Conference Room will accommodate up to 100 for either meeting or eating at round tables.  The beautiful woods and swimming area can be seen from this room.  The fireplace enhances the feel of comfort and hospitality in the room.

Evergreen

Evergreen serves as the dining, recreation, and conference center complex.  Up to 400 may be seated in the gym area, which is also used for basketball, volleyball and a climbing wall.

Firehouse

The Firehouse building is a conference room that seats up to 150.  A 1940 fire truck is showcased at one end of the room, which overlooks the woods.  There is also a fireplace.  This facility is a great setting for fellowships and meetings.

Recreation
